HOMEThe Euralis Board, following the proposal of the Executive Council and its Chairman, has just appointed Philippe Saux and Luc Lemaire as Euralis General Director and Deputy General Director, respectively.
As the current Director of the Seed Division, Philippe Saux will take up his position as General Director in early 2020. In the meantime, he will continue to undertake development missions at the Seed Division and define strategic projects.
An agronomist in the agricultural sector, Philippe Saux has honed his experience in overseeing various activities at the Seed Division. He was appointed Head of the Euralis Semences Spanish Subsidiary and later managed finances and strategic development at the Seed Division, where he has occupied the position of General Director since September 2014.
Christian Pèes will continue to oversee the General management of the group until Philippe Saux takes over.
Luc Lemaire, current Euralis General Secretary, will take on the role of Deputy General Director and oversee the group’s activities as well as cooperative governance.
These appointments come within the framework of organisational changes at the group level, led by the Executive Council and President since April 2019.
