Every year, as part of the Paris International Agricultural Show, the Concours Général Agricole rewards the best products of French terroir. Maison Montfort, specialist in duck gastronomy, the Teyssier brand of salted meats, as well as Stalaven, a reference in delicatessen and fresh catering products, have just won three gold medals and one silver medal. Awarded by a jury of several hundred professionals and consumers, these medals honor the know-how of the teams and the quality of the products of the Euralis cooperative group brands.

Maison Montfort shines in the whole foie gras and smoked duck breast categories
Number 1 in sales of whole foie gras and duck meats in supermarkets, Maison Montfort also distinguished itself in these two categories at the Concours Général Agricole 2025. Its whole Gastronomic Foie Gras with Sauternes was praised for its melting texture and balanced taste. Its smoked duck breast from the South-West with beechwood was acclaimed for its balanced flavors and visual quality. These two medals reward the work of a whole year of more than 400 producers and 1,000 employees from the South-West and the Grand-Ouest of France.
Teyssier wins gold with a multi-medal-winning saucisson
The long bridé Fin Maigre saucisson has just obtained the fourth gold medal in its history. Made in the heart of the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Park from French pork, this product combines Teyssier’s 150 years of know-how with a stuffing that is 30% less fatty than traditional recipes.
Stalaven at the top of the podium thanks to one of its flagship delicatessen specialties
For many years, Stalaven has focused on the superiority of its products, regularly tested with large panels of consumers via an independent research institute. Made at the Yffiniac (22) site from French meat, the pure pork garlic smoked sausage is one of Stalaven’s favorite products among consumers. The jury of the Concours Général Agricole 2025 awarded it a gold medal.
